September Word to Grow On: RESPONSIBILITY
Our word to grow on for the month of September is Responsibility. What is responsibility? What does it mean to be responsible to you? How can being responsible contribute to our community? These are great questions to reflect on and consider as we all want to be the best version of ourselves.
Elementary students attend the LIFE class three to six days per month during special rotations. LIFE stands for Living Intentionally for Excellence, a concept we can all relate to as we all want to be the best we can be. Following along with the word of the month, students will be able to describe what responsibility is and why it is important, work to identify personal responsibilities and consequences of not being responsible, and explore the value of a positive attitude, turning negatives into positives.
