November is National Diabetes Month, and you may have heard that there are different types of diabetes. Here’s a quick chart to show some of the differences between Type 1 and Type 2. Unfortunately, there has been a rise in Type 2 diabetes in youth and the best thing we can do as a community is to encourage and role model healthy eating and exercise patterns.
