W.T. Sampson ES/HS Seeking Volunteers for 2025 Month of the Military Child Purple Up Week
W.T. Sampson Elementary, Middle, and High School is excited to announce the upcoming Month of the Military Child Purple Up Week! We have a series of engaging events planned and are seeking volunteers to help make this week a memorable experience for our students.
Purple Up Kick Off
Date: March 31, 2025
Time: 07:50 AM
Join us as we kick off Purple Up Week by lining up before students enter the school building to cheer them on as they walk into school. Breakfast will be provided for students, and parents are welcome to sit with their children while they eat. Let's show our support and enthusiasm for our military children!
Field Day
Date: April 2, 2025
Time: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
We need volunteers to help with various tasks throughout the day, including handing out water, running stations, setting up, and taking down. Additionally, we are seeking donations of supplies such as drinking water, slip and slides, buckets, water balloons, and more. Your support will ensure a fun and safe Field Day for all students.
College and Career Fair
Date: April 3, 2025
Time: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Volunteers are needed to assist with setting up and taking down the event. We also invite commands and contractors to set up booths to expose our middle and high school students to different career fields. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and inform our students about their future possibilities.
