Message From Principal Arizmendi

Greetings!
I hope that everyone is doing well and in great spirits! I just wanted to take this time to express how proud I am of your child(ren). Students are well-mannered and pay attention to detail regarding the high expectations that are being delivered not just in the classroom, but throughout the learning community. As we continue through the last quarter of the school year, I want to do my best to keep everyone up to date with information.
Hiring Freeze: As you may know, an Executive Order to freeze all hiring has been issued to all Federal Government entities; that being said, we have paused all action on hiring. I can assure you, that all students will continue to receive effective instruction within their content areas. We will continue to interview and recommend, so that the candidate(s) may begin to onboard as soon as the freeze is lifted.
Substitutes: Despite the hiring freeze, we will continue to accept applications, interview, and prepare to submit recommendations. Therefore, if you or a friend would like to apply, please visit our web site.
Earlier this week, a Secondary Student Assembly was held to ensure that all students understand the expectations. We covered an array of topics that included but not limited to “A Zero Tolerance to Bullying, Use of Electronics, Tardiness, Dress Code, Trespassing, Bus Etiquette, Setting the Example, and much more. Students were made aware that these policies will be strictly enforced.
Very Respectfully,
Chester J. Arizmendi
