Kindergarten Chicka Chicka Boom Boom week – The kindergarten class studied Life Cycles, using their five senses to explore a real coconut, cooked haupia (coconut pudding). They graphed their opinions on how it tasted. They ended the unit with crowns and a STEAM activity where students had to build a coconut tree for letters to balance on.
