📣 Reporting Student Absences & Travel Plans

To help us maintain accurate attendance records and support our students effectively, please follow these updated procedures:

📧 Reporting Absences:
If your student will be absent for any reason, please email the attendance office at:
wt.attendance@dodea.edu

✈️ Off-Island Travel or PCS Moves:
If your family is planning to go off-island or your family is PCSing, please contact our guidance counselor, Mrs. Leigh Ann Taylor, at:
leigh.taylor@dodea.edu

The guidance office will work with you to create an academic plan to support your student during their time away.
